Banco Itaú set out to digitalize its clients. To achieve this, we wanted to show how most of the transactions made by Itaú clients in the bank can now be made through the app. We used a different, closer campaign with a humorous tone.
We created a new campaing that improves conversations.
Our character engaged in a conversation with our target audience in different media and formats. He reached people in a different, fun way, and invited them to follow him: by doing everything through their apps.
