In the wake of the pandemic, the bank had to find actions so that its clients can have everything without leaving home.
As a leading bank in digital services, Itaú began to take actions that are real solutions for the moment of crisis. One of those solutions was to adapt the Volar benefits program to the new reality. With world tourism closed, the miles that were mainly redeemed in trips, now had to be put at the service of the most important thing: staying at home.

We quickly transformed the Volar benefits program so that the miles that were previously redeemed on trips to Rio, Miami or anywhere in the world, could be redeemed in everything necessary to be safe at home: purchases at the supermarket, pharmacies, PedidosYa, bookstores and resources to work or study.
