In Uruguay over 165,000 people live in slums.

For them, each rainfall represents a disaster, the streets overflow, water filters through roofs and ruin their few belongings. This situation is invisible for the rest of the society that lives in a normal way.


We created a campaign that gets activated the moment it starts to rain. We intervened different media to impact the entire population when this issue emerges. Messages on the streets with hydrophobic paint, programmed banners and social media ads, digital screens with humidity sensors, influencers committed to Techo, printed on newspapers depending on the weather forecast and many other actions.
