The new normal boosted the e-commerce purchase modality like never before.
Therefore, for the launch of the new Galaxy S21, we set out to create an entertainment campaign with online sales objectives.
We transformed e-commerce into a new form of entertainment.
To officially welcome the new Galaxy S21 to Uruguay, the best smartphones developed by Samsung so far, we generated a streaming transmission of Justicia Infinita, one of the most listened to programs in Uruguay. During the program we activated different exclusive discounts and incredible gifts for the first people to buy online the new smartphones in their different versions through the main retailer Stienda. By the end of the broadcast, sales targets had been met and exceeded.
The success of this program led us to generate our own Live Commerce: “Samsung Sale Show” conducted by Gonzalo Cammarota. There were 3 streaming programs with exclusive discounts, surprise gifts, special guests, music, games and a lot of content to raise awareness of the main features of the new Galaxy S21. Again, the objectives were successfully exceeded setting a precedent for future similar actions.
