Challenge
There was a story that needed to be told: that of Uruguayan women over 40 who face increasing difficulties finding work.
It was time to make the invisible visible and open doors where opportunities were missing.
Solution
We turned the logic of open source into a tool for empowerment and created Cebadas.
A program where we train women entrepreneurs in the use of barley flour, helping them become owners of their own businesses with access to resources, materials, and digital management tools.
